We will verify your account and refund eligibility. This typically takes 24 hours.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

3-5 business days for credit/debit cards
5-10 business days for bank transfers

What Happens After Refund?

Once a refund is processed, your account access will be immediately terminated. You will no longer have access to premium reports and features. However, you can still access free reports available to all users.

Refund Timeline

Verified within 24 hours of request
Processed within 48 hours of approval

Conditions & Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

The 30-day period has expired
The subscription was purchased using a discount code or promotional offer (original promo amount refunded)
The request is a duplicate (only one refund per account)
The account shows suspicious activity
The subscription was already renewed or extended

Renewal Refunds

If your subscription was auto-renewed and you request a refund within 30 days of the renewal:

We will refund the most recent renewal charge
Your subscription will be cancelled
Access will be terminated immediately

To avoid automatic renewals, you can disable auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date.

Partial Refunds

Cancellation Without Refund

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund period:

You can cancel anytime through your account settings
No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
Your access will end on the current subscription end date
Auto-renewal will be disabled
